Crash Diets Used By Top Models

Juice faster diet:

7am: A cup of hot water with the juice of one lemon or 1 table spoon of reconstituted lemon juice.
8am: Apple-carrot juice consisting of 4 unpeeled carrots and two unpeeled, cored apples. 
10am: A glass of water or a cup of herbal tea. 
12pm: A large glass of grapefruit juice and a large glass of ice water.
2pm: A glass of water and a cup of herbal tea.
4pm: A glass of pineapple juice and a glass of ice water. 
6pm: A glass of water and a cup of herbal tea.
8pm: Pineapple or grapefruit juice and a glass of ice water. 
10pm: A cup of hot water with the juice of one lemon or 1 table spoon of reconstituted lemon juice.




New Topmodel diet:


Recommended repeat it in current 3 days, avoid salt and sugar. Lose 6-7 lbs
Day 1:
Morning: 1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar
3 hours later: an apple
3 hours later: 6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of tea without sugar.
3 hours later: green salad dressed with olive oil,a glass of orange juice.
Day 2:
Morning :1  boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar
3 hours later: an orange
3 hours later: 3 ounces cheese (low-fat), a cup of tea without sugar.
3 hours later: a cup skimmed milk.

Day 3:
Morning: 1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar
3 hours later: a grapefruit
3 hours later: 6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of tea without sugar
3 hours later: 6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of skimmed milk.




500 calories diet

Meal Plan for One Day:


Breakfast:
eight ounce glass of skim milk
a cup of cereal
a pear
two slices of toast with butter or jam smeared on.


Lunch:
1 cup green salad
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of grapes
8 ounce glass of orange juice

Dinner:
1 1/2 cup garden salad with two tablespoons of lite vinaigrette dressing
2 cups mexican chicken casserole
1 1/2 cup steamed veggies
1 cup baked fries
1 glass of peach juice






Caroline Kettlewell Diet

Breakfast: ½ cup fat-free yogurt (100 cals) total: 100 calories, 0 gms fat
Lunch: 1 clementine or 1 small orange ( 45 cals) total: 45 calories, 0 gms fat
Dinner: 3 bites of dinner (approx. 100 cals) total: 100 calories, 2 gms fat
total: 245 calories, 2 gms fat
This diet is so low in calories that you MUST  TAKE a vitamin supplement.






Russian Gymnast Diet

Breakfast:Glass of either orange or apple juice
Lunch: Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled 

            apples)
            Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner: Glass of non carbonated water*
              Green apple
