This is the diet I will do since tomorrow!


1th day:

Just wake up: a water glass with half squeezed orange (without sugar)
Breakfast: black coffe without sugar 
Break: one squeezed lemon and one orange
Lunch:vegetable
Breack: a herbal tee (sugar free)
Dinner: a glass of squeezed lemon
After dinner: a herbal tee 
(sugar free)


2nd day

Just wake up: a water glass with half squeezed lemon (without sugar)
Breakfast: black coffe without sugar  and herbal tee (sugar free)
Break: one squeezed lemon and one grapefruite
Lunch:vegetable
Breack: a herbal tee (sugar free)
Dinner: smoothie of a apple a pear and lemon (sugar free)
After dinner: a herbal tee 
(sugar free)


3th day

Just wake up: a herbal tee (without sugar)
Breakfast: black coffe without sugar  and herbal tee (sugar free)
Break: one glass of squeezed  grapefruite
Lunch:vegetable
Breack: a herbal tee (sugar free)
Dinner: a herbal tee  (without sugar)
After dinner: a herbal tee 
(sugar free)
